A subscription or package is "not as described" if it is materially different from what we published on the site or in your order confirmation. If OMNI SMS turns out to be "not as described," we will refund eligible customers for that purchase.
If OMNI SMS does not work as documented and cannot reasonably be corrected, we will refund eligible customers. This includes situations where a defect would have prevented you from subscribing had you known about it upfront. When we can fix the issue, we do so promptly with a platform update; otherwise we refund eligible customers for that purchase.
If OMNI SMS contains a security vulnerability that cannot reasonably be corrected, we will refund eligible customers. When we can patch the issue, we release an update promptly. If a vulnerability is not patched within a reasonable timeframe, we will refund eligible customers for that purchase.
If we promise support with your OMNI SMS subscription and do not provide it in accordance with our support policy, we will refund customers who paid for that support period.
If you purchase an extended support term and request a refund of that extension before your existing support expires, we will refund the unused extended support portion.
If OMNI SMS performs as described and works as documented, we generally do not provide refunds in situations like the following:
OMNI NOVAS Tech may issue a refund without a customer request when required by law, payment processor rules, or platform integrity. An administrative refund may suspend software access and support immediately.
